The challenge
Four lists, four versions of the truth.
The gate list, the dues ledger, the resident directory and the lot map all described the same households differently. Nobody could say which was right, so every notice and gate request meant cross-checking by hand.
What we built
One record, with every change logged and reversible.
The tool imports each list, finds likely duplicates and shows them side by side. The office confirms or keeps records separate, and every merge can be undone from the change log.
Also built
- Covenant reporting and enforcement tracking
- HOA budgets and financial reporting
- Architectural review requests and approval letters
How it runs today
The office's source of truth.
Gate tags, dues and notices now start from the same household record, and the newer tools build on it.
