We design, build and launch it, custom to your business.

What it covers

  • Investigation. Your existing systems, data and constraints, checked before we commit to a design.
  • Solution design. Screens, workflows and permissions, designed around your team.
  • Engineering. The application itself: custom code, not a template.
  • APIs and integrations. Connections to your accounting, CRM, email, payments and the other tools you use.
  • Data setup. Importing and cleaning your existing records.
  • Testing. Checked on your real work before anyone relies on it.
  • Launch and hand-over. Go-live, plus a walkthrough for your team.

Need something outside this list? Two pathways:

We’re always looking at what we’ve built and where it can help other clients. When a new capability fits your business, such as better website metrics, social tools or smarter lead routing, we bring it to you, often included in your Partnership and sometimes as a small Expansion. Your data is never shared.

The solution map gives you a pricing range before anything is built. No fixed number is guessed on a first call.

Billing starts when it’s live

The Partnership begins at go-live. Each site or tool is its own engagement, so you can add one or stop one without affecting the others.

AI by the session

AI help is booked by the session at published prices, and session fees are credited toward The Build if you go ahead within 30 days.
