Why we started
We built the first tools for ourselves.
CrumbLabz began inside a family business. Running development and property-management operations meant paper bills routed for signatures, resident lists that didn’t agree, and spreadsheets holding everything together. Off-the-shelf software almost fit, and “almost” cost hours every week.
So we built what we needed, properly, the way you’d build anything that has to work every day. Those companies still run on it. Then other owners started asking for the same thing.
Today we build real applications for real operations, websites that do more than sit there, and AI that takes on tasks instead of just chatting, for a small number of clients at a time.

Ryan Crosby
Engineer. Operator. Builder.
Ryan’s career has been spent on systems that can’t fail quietly. He engineered surgical robotics and medical devices, then worked on autonomous vehicles, before leading business-optimization work for Crosby Development, his family’s development and property-management companies. CrumbLabz grew out of the software he built there.
