Website and brand · Custom home building
A builder since the 2000s, with a website that finally looks like the work.

Before: a template layout, nine menu items and claims in capital letters. After: five menu items and the work up front.
The challenge
The houses were better than the website.
Forshag Construction builds some of the finest homes on the Northshore. Their old site was a template with nine menu items and claims in capital letters, and the brand looked different on every sign, truck and document.
What we built
The work up front, and a brand that holds together.
A new site with five menu items where the photography leads and the type stays quiet, plus a refreshed logo and palette. A downloadable brand kit gives the sign shop, the printer and new hires the same files and rules.
How it runs today
Kept current.
Hosting, care and fast updates through The Partnership, so the site keeps up with the business.
The rebrand
A refreshed logo, and a kit the whole team uses.
The mark was redrawn and cleaned up, with a new palette and type. The brand kit puts every logo file and the rules for using them in one place, for the sign shop, the printer and new hires.

From the Forshag Construction brand kit.
